Ask and ye shall receive. I posted on the SIGIA-L mailing list asking about Palm apps for site creation. Lo and behold - there's a link in my inbox...Picomap. Only in beta, but almost exactly what I was talking about. Now we add in details (in MemoPad) and an export to HTML option. Yea, baby! Yea!

If only Jackie Strike weren't the creation of a bunch of German corporations, I'd want her to be president. Damn! Damn! Damn!
The Al Gore emotion simulator. Too bad the internet wasn't athis accessable when Quayle was VP. Imagine the Dan Quayle statement generator... "I invented the Internet email, because email is when a computer has things to talk about with your family". Or something like that.
You know, sometimes it's just fun to look at a site. Kick back and enjoy the work.

More writing today.
More Drexler online. Mmmm good.
I really like these people's works.
This is an amusing little site. For some reason the site reminds me of these guys.
An oldie, but a goodie. Great ideas in this paper.

Now, this could really benefit a site that needs 24-7 customer service. But the thought that immediately popped to mind was the blogger community. How lots of them link to each other all the time. Heck, now you can drop in and talk to anyone at any time (providing they're online, that is).
You know, we all knew this day was coming...
Anyway, I remember reading these stories as a kid (since we didn't have a TV). Of course, I read the regular books too.
I had a FANTASTIC Independence Day! We went to a free firworks show Monday night - free beer, free hot dogs, free pretzels, free soda, free ice cream, free live music!! Whoa! What a gift the people at this retirement home give to the public. It was awesome. Then, we went to the parade yesterday morning, ate lunch at Dick Clark's Restaurant, then had a BBQ at our friends' house, followed by the *big* fireworks display at the civic center. Wheeeee! I just love fireworks!

It's gonna be a slow-posting week: lean and hungry. I've got me a mess of work this week that needs to be tied up and shot. In the meantime, if you're interested in some fancy doodads and whatnot for your webpage, why not try this site? Y'all come back now, hear!
