You have an interesting narrative going on here. I always asked the question: How could we be already at the point of preparing the initiation of a new Iraqi constitution, without any Iraqi support. They are actually progressing faster in their government organization than we did: Over a decade until our constitution was set up. It seems as if now, America is forgetting how it truly came to be.
